SAFETY, REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 89F
Appointment(1) The members (other than the member mentioned in paragraph 89E(1)(f)) are to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument.
(2) Before appointing the member mentioned in paragraph
89E(1)(d), the Minister must consult the licensees.
