SAFETY, REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 73
Directions by Minister(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing given to the Chief Executive Officer, give a direction to Comcare with respect to the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act, the Parliamentary Business Resources Act 2017 or the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , otherwise than in relation to a particular case.
(2) Comcare shall comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
(3) This section does not affect the application of section
22 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013
(which deals with the application of government policy to corporate
Commonwealth entities) in relation to Comcare.
