SAFETY, REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 41
Rehabilitation authorities to comply with guidelines(1) Comcare may prepare and issue to rehabilitation authorities guidelines in relation to the performance or exercise by those authorities of their functions or powers under this Part.
(2) A rehabilitation authority shall comply with any guidelines
issued under subsection (1).
