SHIPPING REGISTRATION ACT 1981 - SECT 81
Jurisdiction of Territory Supreme Courts Jurisdiction is conferred, to the extent that the Constitution
permits, on the Supreme Court of each Territory to hear and determine
applications made to that Court under sections 47B, 47C, 59 and 70.
