Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, there shall be a register, to be known as the Australian Register of Ships, in which shall be entered all matters required or permitted by this Act to be entered in the Register.
(2) The Register and copies of the Register, or of such part or parts of the Register as the Authority directs, shall be kept at such places as the Authority directs.
