SHIPPING REGISTRATION ACT 1981 - SECT 47
Equities not excluded Subject to sections 45 and 46, beneficial interests may
be enforced by or against the owner or mortgagee of a ship or of a share in a
ship in respect of his or her interest in the ship or share in the same manner
as in respect of any other personal property.
