SEAT OF GOVERNMENT (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1910 - SECT 3
Certain State laws not to continue in Territory Notwithstanding anything in section six of the
Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 , the laws of the State of New South
Wales described in the Schedule to this Act shall not continue in force in the
Territory.
