SUPERANNUATION (UNCLAIMED MONEY AND LOST MEMBERS) ACT 1999 - SECT 15A

                   The Commissioner may, by legislative instrument, specify:

                     (a)  days as being unclaimed money days for the purposes of this Part and Part 4A; and

                     (b)  for each unclaimed money day--a day (the scheduled statement day ) by the end of which a statement required by this Part or Part 4A, in relation to the unclaimed money day, is to be given to the Commissioner.
