SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 9

Crown to be bound

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in all its capacities.

             (2)  The Crown is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against, or arising out of, this Act.
