SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 81
All funds--market value ratio for the 1998 - 99 year of income and the 1999 - 2000 year of income(1) This section applies to a regulated superannuation fund.
(2) The market value ratio of the fund's in - house assets as at the end of:
(a) the fund's 1998 - 99 year of income; or
(b) the fund's 1999 - 2000 year of income;
must not exceed 10%.
