SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 34H
Object of Part(1) The object of this Part is to further the interests of beneficiaries of eligible superannuation entities by improving the productivity of the superannuation system.
(2) The Part does this by providing for a system of standards
relating to payments and information connected with the operation of eligible
superannuation entities.
