Regulator may exercise powers of inspector The Regulator may exercise any of the powers of an inspector
under this Part and, if he or she does so, then, for the purposes of the
exercise of those powers by the Regulator, a reference in this Part to an
inspector is taken to be a reference to the Regulator.
