SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 200
Enforcement of order to pay monetary penaltyIf the Court makes under subsection 196(3) an order that a person pay a monetary penalty:
(a) the penalty is payable to the Regulator on the Commonwealth's behalf; and
(b) the Regulator or the Commonwealth may enforce the order as
if it were a judgment of the Court.
