SEA INSTALLATIONS ACT 1987 - SECT 60

Appointment of inspectors

                   The Minister may, in writing, appoint:

                     (a)  a specified person; or

                     (b)  persons in a specified class of persons;

to be an inspector, or inspectors, for the purposes of this Act.
