Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the Minister may renew, or refuse to renew, a permit where the holder of the permit has made an application for the renewal in accordance with section 26.
(2) A permit may be renewed notwithstanding that it has been renewed before.
(3) The Minister shall not renew a permit if the Minister is satisfied that, if it were not in force, it would not be granted.
