Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a permit shall be in writing in the approved form.
(2) A permit to operate a sea installation shall:
(a) specify the matters required to be specified under subsection 17(2);
(b) state whether the installation will be used:
(i) principally for scientific activities; or
(ii) wholly or principally for transport activities or other activities;
(c) set out the special conditions to which the permit is subject; and
(d) set out such other particulars as are prescribed.
