SEA INSTALLATIONS ACT 1987 - SECT 19

Permit not to be granted in certain circumstances

             (1)  The Minister shall not grant a permit to a person to operate a sea installation in the adjacent area of a State or affected Territory if the Minister considers that the installation or use of the installation would, either because of this Act or otherwise, be contrary to another law of the Commonwealth.
