Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commonwealth may enter into an agreement with New South Wales and Victoria with respect to liabilities of the Authority to the Commonwealth that are to be transferred to the Snowy Hydro Company on the corporatisation date and with respect to the discharge of those liabilities.
(2) The agreement may contain any related provisions (including guarantees) that are considered appropriate.
