Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Subdivision applies to loans to the Snowy Mountains Hydro‑electric Authority that were made by the Commonwealth.
(2) In this Subdivision:
"loan" includes any amount owing by the Authority to the Commonwealth.
