SUPERANNUATION GUARANTEE CHARGE ACT 1992 - SECT 6
Amount of charge
The amount of superannuation guarantee charge payable on a superannuation
guarantee shortfall of an employer for a quarter is an amount equal to the
amount of the shortfall.
