Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each State, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
(2) Nothing in this Act permits the Crown to be prosecuted for an offence.
