SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 10

             (1)  The following types of warrant may be issued under this Part:

                     (a)  a surveillance device warrant;

                     (b)  a retrieval warrant.

             (2)  A warrant may be issued:

                     (a)  in respect of more than one kind of surveillance device; and

                     (b)  in respect of more than one surveillance device of any particular kind.
