SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT 1984 - SECT 28D

Registered organisations

                   It is unlawful for:

                     (a)  a member of a registered organisation; or

                     (b)  a member of the staff of a registered organisation;

to sexually harass a member of the organisation, or a person who is seeking to become a member of the organisation.
