SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT 1984 - SECT 107
Acts done on behalf of bodies (1) Where, for the purposes of this Act, it is necessary to
establish that a body corporate has done an act on a particular ground, it is
sufficient to establish that a person who acted on behalf of the body
corporate in the matter so acted on that ground.
