STATUTORY DECLARATIONS ACT 1959 - SECT 5

(1)

Subject to this section, this Act applies both within and without the Commonwealth.

(2)

Except as provided by subsection (8) of section twelve of this Act, this Act does not apply in a Territory not forming part of the Commonwealth unless this Act extends to that Territory by virtue of section thirteen of this Act.
