STATUTORY DECLARATIONS ACT 1959 - SECT 4

Interpretation

In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Magistrate" means a Chief, Police, Stipendiary, Resident or Special Magistrate.

"State" includes the Northern Territory.

Territory does not include the Northern Territory.
