Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director presiding at a meeting of the Board may give directions regarding the procedure to be followed at or in connection with the meeting.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Board may permit Directors to participate in a particular meeting, or all meetings, by:
(a) telephone; or
(b) closed‑circuit television; or
(c) any other means of communication.
(3) A Director who is permitted to participate in a meeting under subsection (2) is to be regarded as being present at that meeting.
