SPECIAL BROADCASTING SERVICE ACT 1991 - SECT 28

Appointment of Managing Director

             (1)  The Board must appoint the Managing Director.

             (2)  The appointment of a person as Managing Director is not invalid merely because of a defect or irregularity in relation to the appointment.
