SEAS AND SUBMERGED LANDS ACT 1973 - SECT 6
Sovereignty in respect of territorial sea It is by this Act declared and enacted that the sovereignty in
respect of the territorial sea, and in respect of the airspace over it and in
respect of its bed and subsoil, is vested in and exercisable by the Crown in
right of the Commonwealth.
