SEAS AND SUBMERGED LANDS ACT 1973 - SECT 13
Charts of limits of continental shelf(1) The Minister may cause to be prepared and issued such charts as he or she thinks fit showing any matter relating to the limits of the continental shelf of Australia .
(2) The mere production of a copy of a paper purporting to be
certified by the Minister to be a true copy of a chart prepared under this
section is prima facie evidence of any matter shown on the chart relating to
the limits of the continental shelf of Australia .
