SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 62
Subpoenas not requiring attendance(1) If the subpoena only requires production of a document or thing, it may be complied with by delivering the document or thing, not less than 24 hours before the date for compliance, to the person holding the office (however described) of secretary of the tribunal.
(2) If the subpoena is complied with in that way, the person to
whom the subpoena is addressed is not required to attend the tribunal on the
date for compliance.
