SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 59

    Service of the subpoena is effective only if:

  (a)   copies of such notices as are prescribed; and

  (b)   a copy of the order giving leave to serve the subpoena;

are attached to the subpoena, or the copy of the subpoena, served.
