SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 58
Subpoenas may be served in any part of Australia(1) If such leave is given, a subpoena issued in a State by a tribunal may be served in another State.
(2) Service must be effected in the same way as service of a subpoena in the place of issue.
(3) Service is effective only if the subpoena contains an
address for service of the person (if any) at whose request the subpoena was
issued.
