SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 31

                   Service of the subpoena is effective only if:

                     (a)  copies of such notices as are prescribed; and

                     (b)  in a case where an application under paragraph 30(1)(b) has been granted--a copy of the order granting the application;

are attached to the subpoena, or the copy of the subpoena, served.
