SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 21
No restraint of proceedings If an initiating process has been served under this Division, a
court of a State that is not the place of issue must not restrain a party in
the proceeding from taking a step in the proceeding on the ground that the
place of issue is not the appropriate forum for the proceeding.
