SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 12

Effect of service

                   Subject to this Act, service of a process under this Act:

                     (a)  has the same effect; and

                     (b)  may give rise to the same proceedings;

as if the process had been served in the place of issue.
