SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF PROCESS ACT 1992 - SECT 111
Constitution of courts The jurisdiction of a court for the purposes of this Part may be
exercised by the court constituted by any person (other than a single justice
of the peace sitting as such) or persons competent to exercise the
jurisdiction of the court in any other matter.
