SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 - SECT 44A

                   If a provision of this Act refers to a declaration or determination made or other thing done by the Minister or the Board and there is no other provision in this Act expressly authorising the Minister or the Board to make such a declaration or determination or do such a thing, the Minister or the Board, as the case may be, is, and is taken to have at all times been, authorised to make such a declaration or determination or do such a thing.
