Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commonwealth must pay to the Board an amount equal to any pre‑assessment payment made by the Board to a member under the Rules.
(2) Any payment by the Commonwealth under subsection (1) is to be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
