Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Part, the Commissioner is responsible for the provision of administrative services to the Board in the performance of its functions in relation to the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme.
(2) In the discharge of functions under this Act, the Commissioner must act in accordance with any policies determined, and any directions given, by the Board.
