SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 - SECT 22

             (1)  The functions and powers of the Board in relation to the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme and the PSS Fund are those set out in the Trust Deed.

             (2)  The Board is also responsible for the general administration of this Act.
