SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 - SECT 17

             (1)  There shall be a Commissioner for Superannuation.

             (2)  The Commissioner is responsible for:

                     (a)  the provision of administrative services to the Board in the performance of its functions in relation to the CSS; and

                     (b)  the general administration of the superseded Act; and

                     (c)  any functions conferred on the Commissioner under section 154.

             (3)  In providing administrative services to the Board under paragraph (2)(a), the Commissioner must act in accordance with any policies determined, and any directions given, by the Board.
