Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsSubject to section 41, the compulsory termination (however expressed) of the service of a contributor, other than:
(a) retirement on pension as provided by this Act; or
(b) retrenchment;
shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be dismissal.
