Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA reference in this Division to contributions payable by an employee to the Fund shall, if the employee has deferred payment of the whole or any part of those contributions under section 73 of the Superannuation Act 1959 or section 33 of the Superannuation Act 1963 , be read as including a reference to the contributions that, but for the deferment, would be payable by him to the Fund.
