ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) ACT 1995 - SECT 36

Goods too dangerous to be transported

                   A person must not transport by road goods that the regulations identify as being too dangerous to be transported.

Maximum penalty:    $50,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both, for an individual or $250,000 for a body corporate.
