ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) ACT 1995 - SECT 17

Competent Authority may delegate powers

                   A Competent Authority may, by signed instrument, delegate any of his or her powers under this Act, other than the power of appointment under section 14 and this power of delegation, to authorised officers.
