"RSA" has the same meaning as in the Retirement Savings Accounts Act 1997 .

Insert:

(1A)

A body corporate authorised to carry on insurance business under this Act must comply with any determination made in respect of it by the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal as a result of it being joined under section 18 to a complaint under section 15E or 15F or a complaint under section 15H or 15J of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act  1993, concerning insurance benefits under a contract of insurance, where the premiums are paid from an RSA.
