REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 73E

    A pre - poll vote certificate for declaration voting shall:

  (a)   be in the approved form; and

  (c)   be printed on an envelope addressed to the DRO for the Division for which the elector declares that he or she is enrolled.
