REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 73
Pre - poll voting officers(1) The Electoral Commission may appoint a person to be a pre - poll voting officer for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A person who is a pre - poll voting officer for the purposes
of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 is also a pre - poll voting officer for
the purposes of this Act.
