REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 53

             (1)  In this Part:

"appropriate DRO" , in relation to an application or anything to be done by an elector, means the DRO for the Division for which the elector is enrolled.

"registered general postal voter" means an elector who is registered as a general postal voter under section 185 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 .

             (2)  In this Part and in Schedule 4:

                     (a)  a reference to an elector includes a reference to a person who has applied for a postal vote under subsection 54(2); and

                     (b)  a reference to the Division in which an elector is enrolled includes a reference to the Division in which the person is provisionally enrolled.
